The Cowgirl Museum offers both guided and self-guided tour experiences for groups of 10 or more. Discounted group pricing is available for both guided and self-guided tours when reservations are made at least two weeks in advance.

Please note that parking is not included in the group discount.

Hours of Operation

Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

Self-Guided Tour

Explore at your own pace! Groups of 10 to 200 are welcome. To receive discounted pricing, please submit a group request form two weeks before your visit. Groups that arrive without a prior reservation will be unable to receive discounted admission.

Self-guided tour participants can enjoy the digital tours thoughtfully curated for gallery exploration through the many accessible QR codes throughout the museum. For more information about our Digital Tour, click here.

Guided Tour

Look closer through the Museum’s collections with help of our trained tour guides. To ensure a great experience, our guided tours are available for groups of 10 to 50. Tours typically last around 75 minutes.

Guided group tours are temporarily unavailable as we prepare for our museum expansion in November 2026. As we settle into our new space, guided tours will return once our docents are ready to lead you through all that the expanded museum has to offer. How do I reserve a group tour at the Cowgirl?

Self-guided group tours can be reserved by filling out our request form. Please request a tour at least two weeks in advance so our team can ensure the best experience for your group.

 

Guided group tours are temporarily unavailable as we prepare for our museum expansion in November 2026. As we settle into our new space, guided tours will return once our docents are ready to lead you through all that the expanded museum has to offer. Check back in for exciting updates and details.

How many people can I bring in my group?

All group tours require a minimum of 10 people. Self-guided tours are available for up to 200 people and guided tours can be reserved for groups of up to 50 guests.

While the museum is temporarily unable to offer guided group tours, we look forward to welcoming you after our expansion is complete!

Can I pay in advance?

Absolutely! Groups can pay in advance or upon arrival.

Following your form submission, a member of our team will reach out with your final invoice based on your group size and tour type.
