The National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame is where history meets horsepower and fearless women take center stage. Located in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District, it’s the only museum in the world that celebrates the grit, grace, and guts of the women who shape the West — and those breaking boundaries today.

Hours of Operation

Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

More Space, More Stories, More Unstoppable Women of the West

Opening Fall 2026!

A significant 16,000-square-foot expansion is underway at The Cowgirl to further enhance the Museum’s mission to honor and celebrate women of the West who have displayed extraordinary courage and pioneering fortitude. A grand opening is slated for November 2026.
