Black and white used photographic postcard of two men helping a woman over a fence. The woman is wearing a "hobble skirt." Printing in the bottom left corner "The bottom left corner reads "THE HOBBLE SKIRT / MY WORLD! HERE'S A GO!"

The back of the postcard is full of writing. The address reads "Mr. Hughes, Belle Vue Hotel, Bangs (?) N(?) Wales; Writing is side ways to the left of address - "Portsmouth 1/8/13 how is tricks(sp?) will arrived this morning after a fine (?) lie (sp?) All from Kick (possibly Dick?)
